5 element acupuncture
About
5 Element Acupuncture has been used for over two thousand years as a method of diagnosis and treatment, the system is based on the five elements of nature: fire, earth, metal, water and wood. It is believed that these five elements should be in balance for the body to be in harmony.
5 element acupuncture works on balancing your internal systems. By balancing the body internally it releases blocks, which helps smooth and balance emotions and support your mental health. Releasing these blocks can also help ease chronic pain and physical ailments such as migraines, digestive issues, skin rashes, gynaecological concerns, sleep issues, aches and pains as well as many more concerns. Please follow the link to The British Acupuncture council for research and evidence on other symptoms treated. If you do not see your specific symptom, please do still get in touch as acupuncture may still be able to support you.
